Today is Sheriff Steve-o's favorite holiday: Groundhog's Day. I'm sure Steve-o and Juliet have a nice romantic Groundhog's Day dinner planned for tonight to celebrate the holiest of holy days, and I would also like to send out my own holiday wishes, so to you and yours, please be safe and sane during this Groundhog's Day holiday season

I haven't been blogging much lately, and I'm not really in the mood to write anything now, but I wanted to make sure I wished Dave a Happy 32nd Birthday

A belated Happy Birthday to Steve-o, although I wished him Happy Birthday in person yesterday on the big day. Last night a bunch of us all got together and went to Yang Chow's for Steve-o's 32nd birthday and it was a blast to see everyone. Steve-o was strapped, of course (and knows what 'strapped' means) and he whipped out his handcuffs at one point. The slippery shrimp were flowing last night, or rather they were being passed around on the lazy susan. After we ate and yakked for a couple hours we went out front and yakked some more in the freezing night air. It was totally full-on kick ass!!!

As you may remember, I blogged awhile back about possibly going to see Nine Inch Nails play (for the 4th time in a year ) on April 1st in Vegas and maybe staying at the Bun Boy motel. Well, unfortunately, when tickets for that show when onsale I forgot to get in on the fanclub pre-sale quick enough and missed out on that, and then didn't really want to fight with the general sale for crappy seats so I just figured I wasn't going to see NIN again soon. But then on Friday I got an email from the fanclub saying they were having a fanclub-only show out at the Morongo Casino on March 31st. That's only about an hour and a half from here, and it's a general admission show (which is preferred) in a small venue which only can accomodate 900 or so people (from what I've read). So, since I'm in the fanclub I was able to get tickets for Riggs and myself, and voila, now I'm going to see NIN for the 4th time in the last year, and I'm extremely excited for this. It's the first time ever that NIN has had a show for fanclub members only (largely because they've only had a fanclub since last summer), so it really should be interesting to see what that's like, and see if they play songs that they don't usually play live or anything like that. Needless to say I'm very excited
