This is a guess, but I'm pretty sure it's right. The 2nd quote is distinctly Michael Wincott and from the context of the quote sounds like "Strange Days."

Way to go, Mr. Krue, Strange Days is correct! I had a whole bunch of cheesy lines by Tom Sizemore lined up (which are up now if you want to hear them), but you got it from the silly lines from the unmistakable Michael Wincott. Truly nice work :smile
