Well last night I played poker with Jon, Dave and Pierre, and I lost my ass (Koga showed as well, but didn't want to play). Actually, I didn't lose my ass, but I lost the $20 buy-in amount and I was the first one eliminated. But hey, it was my first time playing poker for money, and it was only my second time playing hold-em poker. The other three guys either play frequently or watch a lot of it on TV, so I was definitely far and away the novice at the table. The money wasn't important though cause I had a great time and did learn a lot about how to play hold-em poker. Also, we had dinner at The Hat, so that made the evening extra fun :grin

Sorry to hear you lost after I left. Maybe I should've stuck around longer with that "Suicide Girls" book to further distract your opponents. And yes, congrats on the Boing Boing love.
