I'm meeting up with Keith tonight over at Hollywood Billiards to watch the Lakers-Rockets Game 3 there, if anyone wants to meet us there as well. Tip off is at 6:30 tonight, and I plan to be there by then. LA has a 2-0 lead over the Rockets right now, and if they win tonight then they'll not only basically put the Rockets away, but will more than likely end up sweeping them. If the Lakers do advance to the next round, they will almost surely play the San Antonio Spurs, who are up 3-0 against Memphis right now after they won Game 3 last night. The Spurs are looking really tough right now, with something like a 14 game winning streak, but I feel pretty good about the Lakers chances against them after the last 2 games. The Lakers finally seem to be playing some defense (which has been their problem the last two years), and I think if they can keep that up then nobody will be able to beat them. Well, back to work, but I'm excited for tonight's game :grin
