I knew all about the proposed PATRIOT II Act that got leaked back when that happened a couple months ago, but since it was written in legalese, it was close to 100 pages long and I'm a lazy ass, I never read it, I just figured any sequel to the PATRIOT Act had to be bad. I've never wished I was more wrong. I just read this summary by Matt Welch, and oh my god is this proposed legislature scary. Please, I don't care who you are, go read this thing!
Check out some of the highlights that this is proposing:
* Revoking US Citizenship
* Deportation of Legal Permanent Residents
* Forcing citizens to submit their DNA to a massive database
* Allowing wiretaps and spying on email and internet usage of ANYONE without a warrant
* Legalizing secret arrests (arresting someone without providing any information to anyone about why they were arrested)
* Providing businesses that violate privacy agreements immunity if they rat out their customers
* Granting immunity to police officers who conduct illegal searches if they were "following orders"
* Rolling back restrictions on local law enforcement from spying on citizens
* The Death Penalty being used as punishment for 15 new crimes
Like I said, if reading this and hearing what some members of our government have in store for us does not give you cold sweats, then you're either far braver than I am or you're in denial. Weapons of Mass Distraction indeed!

i hate this country fuck it. i want out. i want to be free. freedom of speech, marriage, and religion. this is not possible in the US. it does not exist so fuck it. i must escape. damnit, i can't take it anymore. there is no way to live, the rich get richer and the poor stay right the fuck where they are, in the bottom of shit. no more, i can't be a bottom feeder all my life. i must have a chance. i am tired of living by means that are against the laws of the same nation that claims it has given me a great wealth. that same nation took away everything i ever acheived as well as my diginity and self-respect. so fuck it. i must leave, but there is no way to. they won't let me leave, they won't let me get financial aid for school, they won't provide me with a job or means of food, water, shelter, no instead i must brake their laws to obtain money to survive. listen to me because i have starved as a child in this this country,i looked like a skelaton. i grew up as government property, with nothing no family no love and nobody. the lies about how they take care of children is a joke. i have no one except the murderous henchmen that i associate with. there is nothing for me here. the only thing i say to you is this....you all have parents, you have family, but i am a US citizen born here, lived here, with none of that. have you ever thought of what happens to unwanted children in this country. let me tell you. if they are no adopted in a certain time, they label them incompatent and incoharent to society and lock them in a building. be aware these places existed throughout the 1980's and 90's i lived in them. they do not educate the kids that much i just survived because i am smart naturally. i have self-education. when they got rid of me at 18 years i was one of very few that made it that far for my situation. i realize i am of a very small number of people who lived this, but i require an all american puplic school education. 4 years of high school at least. a ged or something. they could have at least set me up with a job or something instead of throwing me on the street. they did that, took me to another state and said "sorry man, but you have to get out and fly now, don't get stressed with the world and kill yourself, good luck.", and this is what the staff from the group home said to me. so fuck this place. i must revoke and move to france or spain. there has to be a way to revoke citizenship from the US. i must do it. if there is any one out there that knows how to go about doing this email me at sipowsky@yahoo.com please. i seriously need to live a normal life with some sort of ligitemit income. i can't go around killing people and holding up conveniant stores for life. this is not a joke i am serious. somebody help. i pray to god or whatever is out there every day to take this criminal life from me it's all i know. so help please. sipowsky@yahoo.com
